The first quarter of 2025 was about planting seeds — launching our site, publishing regularly, releasing our first product, and sharpening our positioning.
Now, as we step into Q2, we’re shifting gears: from building the base to building momentum.

🔭 Q2 Themes: Product, Depth, and Ecosystem
1. From One Product to a Product Stack
We’re building out a focused ecosystem of tools for founders, small teams, and early-stage creatives. Coming soon:
Brand Clarity Kit 2.0 – updated structure + Notion integration
The Visual Identity Starter Pack – mini style systems that don’t require a full rebrand
Notion Creative Brief System – a template + guide combo for internal teams
Website Wireframe Mini-Kit – for non-designers launching fast
Each product will have a free version, a deep-dive upgrade, and built-in use-case content to support it.
2. More Real-Time Publishing (Less Polished, More Useful)
We’re experimenting with:
Weekly behind-the-scenes notes
Early thoughts on what we’re building
Visual breakdowns and process snippets (via the Journal + LinkedIn)
Why? Because transparency builds trust — and progress is more valuable than polish.
3. Refining Our Client Flow (Without Scaling Too Fast)
While we’re building products, we’re still doing 1:1 client work — but with tighter focus:
Strategy-first founders
Digital brands
Lightweight design systems and launches
We’re testing a new “Strategy > Sprint > Support” model to simplify the journey from first call to launch.
4. DesignLabs as a Micro-Brand Studio + Product Lab
We’re not trying to be a big agency. We’re not just a design service.
DesignLabs is growing into a hybrid: part client studio, part digital product engine.
That means our time is split between:
Helping real clients with high-impact creative
Building tools and systems that serve more people, more affordably
Sharing everything we learn along the way
